Prenatal Yoga Classes!

Do you want to keep active during your pregnancy? Are you looking for a safe exercise class that is specific to pregnancy?

We are offering prenatal yoga classes which are designed to strengthen & tone your body for the changes pregnancy & child birth brings.

You will be taught by a certified instructor, in small class settings with individual instruction.

Women are welcome from 16 weeks up to full term.

All levels of fitness & experience welcome!

Classes start 03/05/17 at the Papamoa Community Centre and bookings are essential.
